The Gleeble Touch Control (GTC) console is a purpose-built system upgrade that addresses every one of these pain points. Developed with direct input from Gleeble users around the world, the GTC replaces legacy hardware with a configurable touchscreen display, a new modular Instrument Control Module (ICM), and an intuitive dual-mode interface that puts the right data in front of operators at exactly the right moment.

Configurable Touchscreen Display

A large, high-resolution touchscreen replaces the legacy panel interface. The Gleeble GTC touchscreen display configuration supports two distinct modes:

• Configuration Mode — set up tests, review accessories, and confirm settings with visual feedback before every run
• Run Mode — displays only the real-time data and controls relevant during active testing
• Large icons and clear device descriptions reduce operator cognitive load
• Wireless LAN access reduces bench clutter

Gleeble Instrument Control Module (ICM)

The new Gleeble Instrument Control Module replaces the obsolete Toro Board with a powerful, expandable solution that delivers measurably improved control and data acquisition performance.
